Lots of ripe rich tannins and a long finish results in a powerful wine. 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc. This classic Bordeaux blend is named after a very special exotic long stemmed rose that has a deep ruby to royal red, velvety color and was named Baccarat because of its unique beauty and color.

A silky black center with a youthful pink rim. A forthcoming mocha chocolate nose with dark berries, cherries, spices and pepper.  A well made wine with loads of flavor and fruit concentration, with well integrated tannins and oak.  The wine has good structure and excellent varietal characteristics.
